Day-Wise Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Gorakhpur: The Beginning of an Epic Journey
Welcome to the gateway of the Himalayas. Participants arrive in Gorakhpur, where the excitement of the expedition begins to build as adventurers from across the country gather for an experience few will ever undertake.
After check-in, relax and unwind in the luxurious comfort of Courtyard by Marriott — a premium property that perfectly blends sophistication with modern comfort. The evening is reserved for convoy briefings, vehicle checks, introductions, and a lavish welcome dinner where stories, anticipation, and excitement fill the atmosphere.
Tonight marks the beginning of a truly legendary overland expedition.

Day 2 – Gorakhpur to Chitwan: Into the Wilds of Nepal
After breakfast, the convoy rolls out towards Nepal as we begin our cross-border Himalayan adventure. Leaving behind the bustle of the plains, we gradually enter the lush subtropical landscapes of Nepal, surrounded by rivers, forests, and distant mountain views.
Our destination today is Chitwan — home to one of Nepal’s most celebrated wildlife regions. Upon arrival, guests check into the stunning Soaltee Westend Resort, a luxurious jungle retreat offering world-class hospitality amidst nature.
The evening is yours to relax by the pool, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, or indulge in fine dining before tomorrow’s jungle adventures.

Day 3 – Chitwan: Luxury Amidst the Wilderness
Today offers the perfect balance between exploration and indulgence. After a relaxed breakfast, we venture deep into the jungles of Chitwan for an exciting safari experience through one of South Asia’s richest wildlife habitats.
Dense forests, riverbanks, grasslands, and hidden trails offer opportunities to witness exotic wildlife including rhinos, deer, crocodiles, and if fortune favours us, even the elusive Bengal tiger.
Post safari, return to the comfort of Soaltee Westend Resort where the remainder of the day is reserved for leisure, fine dining, and rejuvenation before we begin our ascent into the Himalayas.
